Achievements
Upazila Resource Center, Mohammadpur, Magura is committed to ensuring pre-primary and primary education with the aim of building a developed and talented nation by 2041 with the Directorate of Primary Education. In continuation of this, the Primary Education Department is trying hard to ensure merit-based, quality and sustainable primary education. In order to ensure 100% enrollment and prevent dropouts, the process of introducing pre-primary education in all schools, recruitment of pre-primary teachers, assistants and head teachers is ongoing. Upazila Resource Center, Mohammadpur, Magura under Directorate of Primary Education has been running various training and other academic activities to acquire the academic skills of these new and old teachers of the school. This department is organizing and implementing the necessary training to make the teachers skilled in contemporary and quality teaching. Since last year 2014 till date 4625 teachers have been imparted subject based training and other training. Apart from this, Sanjeevani training on the various trainings completed and making teachers and students aware of the global corona problem is working to fill the learning gap during the corona virus. Apart from this, preparation of teachers' demand-based sub-cluster manuals and training monitoring and support and training of teachers in online teaching during the Corona period and necessary assistance in student evaluation have been provided. Online training is provided to all teachers on annual lesson plans.
